GT.I’s therapeutic sessions are uniquely tailored to each individual, using creative arts like cooking, music, and dance to connect with youth in meaningful ways. Sessions are flexible—offered virtually, in the community, or in the comfort of your home—and can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, monthly, or even as group sessions with family and friends, with no commitment required.
