Hey There! Ebony Here.

The founder of G.I.T , a single mother of two, has spent the majority of her life in urban areas, where she immersed herself in understanding the needs and challenges faced by both children and educators in her community. Her journey began at the age of 13, when she embarked on her first job at a summer camp, igniting a passion for working with children that has remained steadfast ever since.

All About Me

Starting as a Teacher's Assistant, she later transitioned to specializing in working with children with special needs as a Registered Behavioral Technician. With a Bachelor's degree in Sociology under her belt, she is currently pursuing a dual Master's degree in Education and Applied Behavioral Analysis, slated for completion by the end of the year. Her mission at Gentle Touch International is clear: to provide both children and adults with the guidance and support they need to thrive and achieve success. I aspire to partner with neighboring school districts and agencies serving children, both with and without Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), to offer services aimed at enriching their emotional, social, and physical well-being. G.I.T provides a diverse array of services centered around creativity and team building as key methods to reconnect children with their innate states of innocence and joy. Among the services offered are mentoring, arts and crafts, social skills development, self-esteem building, creative cooking, and more.
